CAS:9001-15-4
Description
Additional information

Description:

Creatine kinase (CK), also known as creatine phosphokinase. The content of creatine kinase in skeletal muscle, myocardium and smooth muscle is the most, followed by brain tissue, and the content in gastrointestinal tract, lung and kidney is less. Creatine kinase mainly exists in the cytoplasm and mitochondria. It is an important kinase that is directly related to intracellular energy transfer, muscle contraction and ATP regeneration. The determination of creatine kinase activity can be used for the diagnosis of skeletal muscle disease and myocardial disease.
