Name: α- L-Fucosidase (AFU)

α- L-fucosidase is a lysosomal acid hydrolase, which widely exists in human tissue cells, blood and body fluids, and participates in the metabolism of glycoprotein, glycolipids and oligosaccharides. It is one of the markers of primary liver cancer.

Storage conditions: unopened products shall be stored at 2-8 ℃ for a short time (that is, they can be stored at 2-8 ℃ for use within 30 days), and at – 20 ℃ for a long time to avoid direct sunlight and moisture absorption. After the dry powder is redissolved, it is stored at 2-8 ℃.

Period of validity: unopened products, stored under storage conditions, with a period of validity of 3 years. After the dry powder is re-dissolved, it shall be stored under storage conditions, and its validity period is 1 year.

usage method:

1. Add precooled sterilized purified water 200 μ 50. After covering tightly, slowly turn it up and down several times until the lyophilized powder is completely dissolved. The solution is clear and transparent. The active concentration of this solution is about 5U/ml (for reference only).
2. Use α- L-fucosidase diluent (product No.: SFYL001-01DB) is diluted to the appropriate active concentration and then used by itself (please assign a value by yourself).

1. This product is only used for scientific research and is not directly used for clinical treatment and diagnosis.
2. Please open the bottle and re-dissolve it before use. For the product that has been opened, please use it completely as soon as possible. It is used frequently in a short time, and it is recommended to pack and store according to the amount. If the diluted product cannot be used completely at one time, it is recommended to store it separately according to the dosage.
3. If the remaining products need to be discarded, please dispose according to the relevant medical waste treatment regulations.
