Related introduction:

Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), also known as vascular permeability factor (VPF), is an important regulatory factor in fetal and adult angiogenesis and angiogenesis. VEGF is a glycosylated cell mitogen that specifically acts on endothelial cells. It plays a role in enhancing the permeability of blood vessels, inducing angiogenesis and angiogenesis, and endothelial cell growth, promoting cell migration, and inhibiting cell apoptosis. Due to different splicing modes of mRNA, six protein forms, including VEGF121, VEGF145, VEGF165, VEGF183, VEGF189 and VEGF206, were produced. VEGF165 is the main gene product of VEGF in human tissues and the most important angiogenic regulator in the VEGF family.
