Insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1), also known as SomatamedinC, belongs to the insulin-like growth factor family and has structural homology with proinsulin. IGF-1 is a kind of polypeptide that promotes mitosis. It stimulates the proliferation and survival of muscle, bone, cartilage and other cells in vitro. IGF-1 can combine with IGF-1R, IGF-2R and insulin receptor, awaken multiple signal pathways, and participate in cell proliferation, differentiation, survival, growth, apoptosis and regeneration. Recombinant human insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1), composed of 70 amino acids, is a bioactive protein for cell culture. This strain was expressed by recombinant yeast, purified by multi-step separation, and then 0.22 μ M The lyophilized powder is made by freeze-drying after filtration and bacteria removal.

It is recommended that the powder be precipitated at the bottom of the tube by centrifugation for a short time before capping, and then dissolved with sterilized deionized water to prepare 100 μ G/ml storage solution can be stored stably for one week at 2 ℃~8 ℃. Dilute to a lower concentration (not less than 10 μ G/ml), 0.1% tissue culture grade BSA or HSA needs to be added. If the storage time needs to be extended, it is recommended to freeze at – 80 ℃ or – 20 ℃, and it is not recommended to freeze and thaw repeatedly.

The best concentration of this product should be determined by experiment according to each specific application.

Transportation stability: ice bag transportation, stable activity.

Storage stability: stable to 24 months at – 15 ℃ and below, and to 4 weeks at 2~8 ℃. Compounded as 100μ G/ml storage solution can be stored stably for one week at 2~8 ℃.
